MYT Shutters is a rapidly expanding shutter manufacturer delivering high quality window shutters worldwide since 2006. We run our own factory in the South of China and Australia, and develop innovative new products on a regular basis. We are a fast growing, international team of dedicated professionals, with offices in Australia, China, The Netherlands and the UK.
The Financial Controller will oversee all Group activities: MYT Group BV (global), MYT Shutters BV (NL), MYT Shutters Australia (AU), MYT Shutters Ltd. (UK), MYT Shutters China (CN).
Key Responsibilities:

• Optimise Financial Reporting: Oversee and streamline the month-end and year-end processes for preparing, analysing, and reporting financial data.

• Quarterly and Annual Consolidation: Consolidate financial figures on a quarterly and annual basis.

• Balance Sheet Management: Conduct thorough balance sheet reviews and reconciliations.

• Cost and Credit Control: Implement effective cost and credit control measures.

• Intercompany Transactions: Manage and control intercompany transactions.

• Payment Approvals: Approve payments and ensure compliance with financial policies.

• Budget and Forecast Monitoring: Monitor budgets and forecasts, proactively identifying strategic risks and opportunities in collaboration with the finance team.

• AO/IC Process Optimisation: Manage and optimise administrative organisation and internal control processes.

• Compliance and Risk Management: Oversee compliance, risk, and control matrices.

• Internal Control Procedures: Develop and implement internal control procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and improve financial processes.

• Internal Audit: Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.

• Audit Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for external audits.

• Process Optimisation: Initiate process improvements and encourage the professional development of team members.

• Strategic Financial Analysis: Analyse financial data to uncover strategic insights that strengthen the business.
