• Coordinate the global rollout of Soly Brain, ensuring a smooth and effective launch in every market.
• Develop comprehensive training materials and documentation to support internal teams and ensure that the Soly Brain is fully understood and used effectively.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to adapt and refine market propositions for different regions, aligning them with local needs.
• Create a clear overview and maintain structure throughout the rollout process to ensure transparency and efficiency.
• Work with stakeholders across markets to implement the product strategy and foster smooth adoption of the Soly Brain.

• 3-5 years of experience in the energy or climate tech sector, preferably within Home Energy Management Systems (HEMS).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience working in an international environment, with the ability to align different markets towards a unified goal.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex projects involving multiple teams and markets.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of developing clear documentation and delivering engaging training programs.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and a proactive approach to tackling new challenges.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are a plus.
