Product Manager (Agro) 1 fte
Your position within the organization
You will work within the Product Management team at our facility in Delden in NL and report to the Head of Product Management in Delden.


Function purpose:
As a Product Manager, you will manage, optimize and develop the product portfolio to achieve short, medium, and long-term objectives regarding margins and volumes. You will deliver a strong contribution to drive the profitability of the organization and as such, act as the owner of the new product development process.

Responsibility areas/Core tasks

• Identify customer needs and make the corresponding translations: product (chemistry), formulation, application;
• Lead the product portfolio for (primarily) the Agro segment across all product groups/chemistries;
• Be the owner/project leader of the new product development process (stage/gate);
• Be responsible for market intelligence and stay on top of the regulatory requirements and changes;
• Assist and organize, together with the application team, the necessary application work;
• Initiate product/market launch packages;
• Visit customers and exhibitions, primarily in Europe;
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve product portfolio, production site and business targets;
• Support company projects as required;
• Together with the innovation team, you will contribute to innovative products that in turn contribute to sustainability and solve customer needs.

What we offer

Working at KLK Kolb means working in a fine, informal organization. The primary and secondary conditions are:

• An all-in salary of € 85.000 - € 100.000 gross on a yearly basis (based on fulltime, depending on knowledge and experience);
• At least 31 days off (based on fulltime);
