The Role

Responsibilities:

• Articulate the product vision, define into product strategy and prioritized roadmap
• Lead the product discovery process encompassing viability, feasibility and desirability analyses;
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with our talented development team, providing clear guidance, support, and timely feedback to ensure the successful and timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Continuously gather user feedback, conduct market research, and analyze data to drive product improvements and make data-driven decisions.
• Champion the Tikkie brand values and user-centric approach in all product initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5+ year’s experience as a Product Manager / Owner, ideally in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
• A trackrecord demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility and a talent for driving or being associated with industry-leading products/services in a mobile app environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated affinity with and understanding of tech products and their development processes
• Experience in fintech environment is strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, using data and insights to drive decision-making.
• Proficiency in optimizing existing products and revenue streams through techniques like A/B testing and continuous improvement.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize strategically.
• Preferably, experience in targeting user segments for new propositions and collaborating with external partners.
• You are a highly motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is ready to embrace the challenges and opportunities of a rapidly growing company
• Fluent in Dutch and English
