You are the principal focal point and coordinate offshore staff logistics on project basis;
-
You are the primary interface with the Netherlands Travel center for: logistics, tickets, accommodation and visa arrangements;
-
You ensure travel related project paperwork is arranged in a timely manner;
-
You take care of general project related tasks and administration within the Project Management Team;
-
You liaise between project team and visa agencies and embassies;
-
You undertake any other duties as appropriate within their competence, as required by the Service line Director from time to time.

You are structured, stress-resistant and result-oriented;
-
You are culturally aware, have good interpersonal skills and you work well in a team environment where teams also work remotely.

You have good knowledge of the English language (verbal and written).
