What You Need:

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years as an HVAC technician, with strong knowledge in hydronic heat, gas furnaces, and heat pumps.

• Certifications: EPA certification required, with additional relevant certifications a plus.

• Physical Ability: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy equipment.

• Flexibility: Embrace change and think creatively about new ways to solve HVAC-related issues.

• Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license for traveling to job sites.
