Tax Manager
Your opportunity:
IMCD’s tax team plays an important role throughout the business. It is at the center of IMCD’s headquarters and proactively supports and drives the goals of the company. The IMCD tax team is seeking a proactive teamplayer to take on a Tax Manager position in its global headquarters in Rotterdam. The Tax Manager reports to the Director Group Tax and cooperates with 3 (Senior) Tax Managers in the team.

Tax Manager
Your opportunity:
IMCD’s tax team plays an important role throughout the business. It is at the center of IMCD’s headquarters and proactively supports and drives the goals of the company. The IMCD tax team is seeking a proactive teamplayer to take on a Tax Manager position in its global headquarters in Rotterdam. The Tax Manager reports to the Director Group Tax and cooperates with 3 (Senior) Tax Managers in the team.
Your primary responsibilities:

Drive and cooperate in a wide variety of projects, such as (but not limited to):
- Digitization of internal tax reporting;
- Compliance tenders for corporate income tax;
- Implementation of (international) compliance regulations in IMCD’s tax control framework;
- Mergers, acquisitions and integrations;
- Provide high quality (inter)national tax advice and support to the business;
- Design, implement and maintain transfer pricing policies and documentation;

Actively cooperate with other (legal, finance and IT) departments;

Review fiscal financial consolidations and to calculate current tax positions and deferred tax assets and liabilities;

Cooperate with external advisors and international colleagues on international tax related matters;
- Communicate with tax authorities.

Minimum master’s degree in tax law or tax economics;
-
Approximately 5 to 9 years relevant working experience;
-
Broad experience with corporate tax and/or transfer pricing;

The proven ability and will to proactively drive tax projects;
-
Excellent numerical and analytical skills;
- Excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and English.
- Located in or around Rotterdam, with the right to work in the Netherlands. Dutch or EU work permit is essential!
