Reporting to: Team Leader, Purchase & Warehousing

Purpose of the Position:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations in the warehouse, focusing on the management of both incoming and outgoing goods to provide optimal service. This role oversees inventory accuracy, transport coordination, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the physical and ERP system handling of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Coordinate transport for outgoing shipments.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including stock checks via cycle counts and preparation for the annual warehouse count in collaboration with the Purchasing team.
• Conduct and manage stock counts for service vans, working closely with Purchase Administration.
• Ensure materials are available and organized for warehouse operations.
• Handle return orders both physically and in the ERP system.
• Ensure compliance with EH&S (Environmental Health & Safety) and Ethics & Compliance standards within the warehouse.
• Manage staffing levels to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Education, Skills, and Experience:

• MBO-level education or equivalent, with proven experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP S4.

Personal Qualities:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a team and maintain operational efficiency.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
