What We’re Looking For:
As we embark on this exciting journey of establishing our presence in the Netherlands, we are seeking a dynamic Territory Manager to join us. This role is perfect for someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves and be a part of something big from the ground up.
Your Role:

• Setup & Staffing: Lead the setup of our new warehouse/office in the Netherlands, including recruiting and managing the first few team members.
• Team Management: Oversee and manage the pickers and packers, ensuring smooth operations and high productivity.
• Hands-On Involvement: Participate in pick and pack activities alongside your team, setting a strong example of dedication and teamwork.
• Customer Relations: Manage customer relations and handle calls, providing top-notch service to our clients.
• Growth & Development: As we grow, take on additional responsibilities and help shape the future of our new location.
• UK Team Support: Collaborate with our UK team, who will be on-site for a week or two each month to provide support and guidance.

Requirements:

• Location: Must be currently residing in the Netherlands.
• Experience: Background in Shopify/e Commerce is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with warehouse health and safety regulations.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Mindset: Highly motivated, ambitious, and ready to take on challenges head-on.
