Key Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse operations following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
• Oversee inventory management: monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and maintain accurate records.
• Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and ensure a clean, safe, and organized space.
• Coordinate incoming shipments and outbound deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Handle transportation logistics, including scheduling, carrier negotiations, and shipment tracking.
• Oversee internal logistics to ensure smooth material flow between departments like production and fulfillment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mainly manufacturing, to align operations and avoid bottlenecks.
• Implement and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive process improvements and cost reductions.
• Serve as a backup for customer sales orders, component ordering, and ERP key user for warehouse operations.
• Focus on SAP support and optimization of warehousing and transportation systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP is essential; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Experience working in a GMP environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, service-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-changing and challenging work environment.
