We have 4 x commercial cleaner position available with an immediate start based in Auckland.
This role is looking after the night shifts and currently is around 30 hours per week with more hours soon.
Our company is looking for someone reliable and ready to progress with their company.
This role main responsibilities are: commercial cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor buffing and other duties as required.
This role is starting off with 30-32 hours with more to come.
Hourly wage rate: $25 - $30 per hour depending on experience and skills.
The day-to-day duties involves;

• vacuuming carpets, curtains and upholstered furniture.
• cleaning, dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures and fittings.
• removing rubbish and recyclable material, and emptying containers, bins and trays
• stripping wax from floors, re-waxing and polishing floors.
• cleaning and disinfecting laundry and bathroom fixtures, replenishing supplies and reporting defective plumbing fixtures.
• operating industrial vacuum cleaners to clean floors, work areas and machines.
• applying acids and solvents to surfaces to remove stains and dirt.
• removing lint, dust, soot, oil, grease, sludge and other residues.
• may clean exteriors of buildings by sandblasting and applying solvents.

Requirements For New Zealanders.
You will need to have at least 6 months of work experience working as a commercial cleaner.

Requirement for Non- New Zealander Candidates:

• If you are a non- New Zealander, you would be required to have at least 3 years’ relevant work experience, or a relevant qualification at level 4 or above of the New Zealand Qualifications and Credentials Framework (NZQCF).

• If you are a non- New Zealander, you should be proficient in English language and have at least an IELTS 4.0 overall band or equivalent.

This is a small tight knit team with great progression for the right candidate.
Preference will be given to candidates who are already in New Zealand and has relevant work experience.
