General Information
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support decision-making and business planning
- Implement new Business Intelligence tools & processes to support providing meaningful insights
- Track the effectiveness of implemented strategies, utilising KPIs to evaluate outcomes and suggesting adjustments as required
- Improve and maintain a structured forecasting & budgeting tool to help complete monthly/ full-year forecasts. Ensure outcomes are clear and potential issues are identified
- Develop strong and effective stakeholder relationships to ensure business objectives are achieved
- Proactively identify value-adding initiatives & undertake ad-hoc projects as required by the business
About you:
- Extensive financial modeling and data management skills
- 3-4 years of relevant analytical experience in a Big 4 / Management Consulting firm or a Corporate Finance team
- Understanding of financial and accounting methodologies and how to apply key concepts, tools and metrics, around analysing financial performance.
- Strong commercial acumen: understanding of what drives strong business performance
- Analytical skills, numeric reasoning, and problem-solving: core toolkit for driving insight and out-of-the-box thinking
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to senior leaders
- Critical mind set with the ability to work under pressure and be adaptable
- Bachelor of Business or Commerce is preferred
