Customer Service & Administration Opportunity in Supply Chain

Based in Te Rapa, Hamilton
Monday to Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)

About the Role:

Your responsibilities will include customer visits, engaging with current and potential clients, and providing essential sales support. You'll be part of a supportive environment that values your experience in customer service, administration, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer interaction and sales support
• Administrative tasks, including report writing and proposal creation
• System management (Microsoft Office, CRM, WMS, TMS)
• Continuous administrative improvement initiatives
• Manage and update company databases and records
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Experience in report writing and compilation
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office, CRM, WMS, and TMS
• Background in logistics and warehousing
