We’re seeking a Part Time Associate in Western Union Digital Customer Verification Team, based in Auckland. In this role, you will be a part of a highly engaged team who respond to the need of Western Union to comply with regulations that require the identification of our online customers. as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) program.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support Western Union.com consumers in New Zealand with their digital identity verification process in email & phone support; conducting Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) check.
  • Help look for ways of improving the customer experience and make recommendations on potential process improvements ideas.
  • Ability to multitask using multiple tools and work independently as needed. Meet strict deadlines, consistently and successfully meet performance metrics.
  • Have very strong analytical skills, working in a broad and global organization and with various groups in an agile environment.
  • Have exceptional customer service skills and a customer-first mindset. whilst meeting business goals.
  • Can grasp new concepts and integrate quickly to deliver significant quantifiable results.

Role Requirements:

  • Capable of working only Part – Time schedule (50 % of standard working hours; can be flexible.)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or high school degree required with good English proficiency in both written (with Kanji characters) & communication skills.
  • Customer centric & detail oriented with ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Experienced in using MS Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point et.al.) and can work in a flexible schedule.
