We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional to join us in driving our growth in the Auckland region. As the primary function of this role, you will have customer facing responsibility for the management of existing and prospecting for new customers.
The role:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
· Prospecting, managing and gaining new customers.
· Providing the correct level of merchandising support, ensuring adequate stock rotation, store ordering and return process.
· Maintaining efficient and effective customer visitation to ensure point of sale is of high standard.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies.
· Completing all administration tasks in agreed format as directed by Sales Manager.
· Monitoring, analysing and reporting on sales performance against targets to ensure the organisations goals are achieved.
What you need:
· Relevant sales with a proven track record of consistently delivering results.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· A "Can do" attitude.
· A valid full driver's license without restrictions.
· NZ residency or a valid work visa.
