- Permanent full-time positions – minimum 40 hours per week
- Competitive wages - $29.66 - $40.00 per hour depending on experience and certifications

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing steel surfaces using abrasive blasting and power tool cleaning
- Applying industrial protective coatings by various methods
- Ensuring that all work meets specified quality requirements.
- Maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel and minimising any potential impact on the surrounding environment.
- Managing workplace hazards, health and safety, quality, and efficiency according to SRG requirements
- Ensuring that equipment is well maintained, available, operational, and in safe working condition
- Meeting deadlines and advising management of any potential delays
- Building strong working relationships with stakeholders
- 2+ years of industrial blasting/ painting experience
- Certification in rope access (IRATA), Working at Heights, and EWPs (desirable)
- Blast and paint experience in an industrial high compliance environment (desirable)
- Ultra High Pressure (UHP) water jetting experience and qualifications (desirable)
- Great communication skills
- Familiarity and compliance with industry personal protective requirements
- A team player mentality
Pre-employment medical testing including a drug and alcohol test will need to be passed and the candidate must have the legal right to live and work in NZ.
