The Ultimate Care Group is a privately owned Specialist Residential Aged Care Services Provider. We offer rest home, hospital, and dementia care to the elderly in 18 residential facilities throughout New Zealand.

At Ultimate Care Rosedale, we are looking for dedicated, reliable people who have a passion for working with the elderly.

We have permanent full-time opportunities available for NZ Health & Wellbeing Qualified Level 2 - 3 Caregivers who not only hold the relevant qualifications but known what it means to truly care for our people.

Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $24.06 - $26.16 based on experience and qualifications.

The Role:

• Providing a friendly and supportive service
• Personal cares
• Helping with general activities in daily living
• Housework
• The nature of this business requires 24 hour cover 7 days a week so weekend work will be required.

About You:

• Knowledge of the Health & Disability Sector Standards
• Experience in the Aged Care industry preferred
• Must have minimum NZ Health & Wellbeing Certificate Level 2 - 3 or equivalent
• Previous experience in delivery of care or health services
• Empathy and commitment to excellence in care of the elderly
• Possesses a can-do attitude
• Honesty, reliability, and integrity
