Checkout Supervisor

To ensure we can continue to create an exceptional customer service experience for our customers we are looking for a Customer Service Extraordinaire to join our team.
The Role:
- Serve customers and be a key point of contact for customer queries.
- Provide support to the checkout team by organizing breaks and managing customer flow.
- Process restricted purchases.
- Support the Lotto counter.
- variety days and hours to be discussed closer to the appointment.
- Add your own customer service flair and help drive the department by taking real pride in your productivity and presentation.
- A range of development opportunities to enhance your leadership skills.
- An amazing team of leaders to learn from who are also open to your help along the way.
- Someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
- Reliable, honest and be a good team player.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Confidence and maturity to work unassisted at times.
- Must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
- Barista and Lotto experience will be an advantage
- Experience been a supervisor will also be ideal
