We’re excited to announce that Pak’n Save Highland Park will be joining the community February 2025! With a brand-new store and impressive offering across butchery, seafood, bakery, deli, produce, grocery and liquor, we can’t wait to open our doors to the East Auckland community!
We’re currently seeking an experienced Chilled & Frozen Assistant Manager to join the team. As a department leader, you’ll play an integral part in our journey towards a successful store opening and continuously deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our community.
The Role:

Work with our Chilled & Frozen Manager to oversee the daily operations and financial performance of the department.
Lead and inspire a team.
Ensure displays are consistently appealing and well-stocked.
Champion safety guidelines.
Assist customers with product inquiries to enhance their shopping experience.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, providing guidance and support for professional growth within the chilled & frozen department.

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience working in a supermarket – ideally chilled & frozen or grocery.
Leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team.
Current forklift license.
Happy working in a cold environment.
Understanding of department financials and budgets.
