DFC Restaurant in Bombay is looking for Chinese Cuisine Chef to
work in our busy restaurant/takeaway establishment.
The aiming of this position is to provide the ultimate dining
experience to customers, and work with other kitchen staff to ensure that the kitchen runs effectively, ensuring food quality and
maintaining kitchen equipment.
This is a full-time position and at least 35 working hours per week.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Preparing and cooking authentic Chinese dishes.

Contribute to menu creation by responding to and incorporating guest feedback.

Be environmentally aware.

Control costs without compromising standards, improving gross
profit margins and other departmental and financial targets.

Support brand standards through the training and assessment of your team.

Ensure foodstuffs are of good quality and stored correctly.

Ensure the consistent production of high-quality food through
all restaurant food outlets.

Report maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues.

Ensure resources support the business needs through the
effective management of working rotations.
