We are looking for Christmas Casual Sales Assistants passionate about creating magical moments during the festive season and connecting with customers by offering a one-of-a-kind retail experience within our Dunedin concept store.

THE ROLE:

• Create a memorable and seamless experience with every customer interaction
• Maintain presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning
• Process customer transactions on the point-of-sale system.
• Exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators
• Provide styling advice and support in fitting rooms.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience in a similar fashion retail or customer service role with a strong sense of personal style.
• Have a can-do, positive attitude to all areas of work.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes, stock management and in store fulfillment
• A genuine alignment with our values and desire to be part of Seed Heritage.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Must have full availability to work throughout October-January including extended trade, weekends and Public Holidays.
