Are you passionate about supporting and developing your nursing colleagues including new graduates, and are you eager to share your knowledge and expertise while ensuring individualised care for our diverse patient population?
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse with a high level of expertise in nursing to join our Women’s Health team in the role of Clinical Coach Gynaecology.
You will be a proficient or expert Registered Nurse with energy, enthusiasm, and initiative who is interested in developing your skills and ability to coach individuals to deliver safe, high quality care.
A key role of this position is to work at the bedside, alongside staff, coaching and promoting evidence-based care and critical thinking.

Essential:
To ensure success in the role you will need to have:
- New Zealand Registered Nurse
- Current Annual Practicing Certificate
- Proficient or Expert level PDRP
- A minimum of 5 years recent gynaecology nursing experience in NZ
- Proven preceptorship skills
- Surgical nursing experience
- A postgraduate qualification
- Clinical teaching experience
