Job responsibilities, but not limited to
· Vacuuming: Carpets, curtains, upholstery, and furniture.
· Dusting & Polishing: Furniture, pictures, fittings, and other surfaces.
· Waste Management: Removing rubbish, recycling materials, and emptying containers and bins.
· Sanitization: Cleaning and disinfecting laundry and bathroom fixtures; replenishing supplies and reporting defective plumbing and fixtures.
· Industrial Cleaning: Operating industrial vacuum cleaners to clean floors, machinery, and equipment. Removing dust and dirt from ceilings, walls, overhead pipes, and fixtures.
· Stain Removal: Applying acids and solvents to surfaces to remove stains and buildup.
· Deep Cleaning: Removing lint, soot, oil, and other residues from machines, ship interiors, exteriors, boilers, tanks, and maintaining the exterior of buildings.
