Paid Internship Role: Commercial Property Valuer (3-Month Term with Future Job Opportunities) - Casual or Full Time hours available.

Role Overview:
We are offering a 3-month internship for aspiring Commercial Property Valuers who are eager to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a professional environment. This internship is designed to provide a introduction to the commercial property valuation industry, with the potential for future employment opportunities based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting valuations of commercial properties across various sectors, including office, retail, industrial, childcare, and healthcare.
Support the team in data collection, analysis, and reporting using our in-house database and CRM systems.
Collaborate with senior valuers to learn best practices and gain insights into portfolio management and institutional investment markets.
Participate in professional development activities, including training sessions and networking events.

You Will Have:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a University Property Qualification.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with database management is a plus.
