As an Access Community Registered Nurse, you will deliver essential healthcare services, develop and oversee personalized support plans, and mentor support workers to ensure high standards of care. Working alongside a network of registered health professionals, you'll play a key role in achieving the best outcomes for clients.

Ngā tohungatanga mō tēnei tūranga | Skills and experience

• Registered or enrolled nurse with a current practicing certificate.

• Experienced in long term conditions, aged residential care or medical nursing highly desirable.

• Strong team player with the ability to build professional relationships within the community.

• The ability to plan and organise caseloads effectively, to establish priorities and meet deadlines in a demanding, client focused environment. Ability to self-manage and handle a busy workload.

• A current full driver's license is essential.

• Digital confidence with using apps and computers
