About the role:
The primary purpose of the Construction Coordinator role is to coordinate and assist in the management of the project from concept design through to delivery and finalisation; to make sure the project is well-organised and that it runs smoothly. This includes communicating with various departments in the organisation to make sure everyone is on the same page. This is a hands-on position that requires strong leadership and the ability to deliver projects with a strong commitment to customer service.
Key Accountabilities:
This role is ideal for those with a background in project coordination or engineering on major construction projects.
We also encourage individuals with senior trade experience who have significant exposure to project management processes to apply.
Qualifications:
Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.

Key Accountabilities:
- Support reporting, forecasting, budget control, procurement, and program updates.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation in Aconex and Share Point.
- Assist the Construction and Services Managers in reviewing and preparing procurement documentation, including Scope of Works and programming.
- Facilitate and lead project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in contract administration during the project life cycle.
- Coordinate project activities from early works to final handover.
- Support the preparation of Expenditure Approval Requests for services trades contracts and variations.
- Validate GC and services trade progress claims, participate in site inspections, and prepare payment certificates.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Confidentiality and Health and Safety Policies. Oversee the documentation for the ongoing maintenance and support of the data centre.

- Strong understanding of key stakeholder requirements with effective communication through ACONEX, PROCORE, and BIM.
- Expertise in building methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Skilled in interpreting drawings, architectural plans, and specifications.
- Knowledgeable in quality control, health and safety systems, and cost management.
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction or Project Management preferred Proficient with MS 365 applications
Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
