Your duties will include:
- Prepare and cook food items on the menu.
- Thaw frozen items, wash, clean and cut fish, seafood, poultry and vegetable.
- Operate cooking equipment such as grill, microwaves and deep fryer.
- Clean food preparation areas, cooking equipment, cutting boards, trays etc.
- Remove rubbish and clean the floor at the end of each shift.
- Unpack, label and store delivered food supplies.
- Restock used items and inform when food supplies are running low.
- Pack food items and beverage for serving.
- Perform any other related duties as required.
- Have at least a year relevant work experience in a commercial kitchen.
- Able to work until 9pm, available to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit for heavy liftings and tasks that requires physical strength.
- Able to learn fast and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Have strong multitasking and organizational skills.
