About the role

We are seeking a Credit Controller to join our NZ Credit team.

This role is based within our Credit Department located at Bunnings Support Centre in Ellerslie and is accountable for a specific group of Credit and Power Pass Trade customers.

You will be responsible for the reconciliation, collection, maintenance, and query resolution for a group of accounts and manage internal and external phone queries.

What's involved:

Collections, including follow up of customers payments
Credit claim resolution
Customer service and relations
Open item matching of payments
Powerpass Support

Who we’re looking for:

You will thrive working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a dynamic and high performing and passionate team. Additionally, you will enjoy learning new processes and systems.

You’ll need:

Experience in a similar role (highly desirable)
Proficient computer literacy across Microsoft Suite
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to collaborate and support both internal and external stakeholders
Strong planning and organisations skills and a high level of attention to detail
