Based at our offices in Wellington CBD , we have a part-time position working 15-hours per week available working as what we call a Rental Operations Agent.

This position will require you to work on a part-time (15- hours per week) basis, working weekends Saturday and Sunday from 8 am - 5 pm each day.

About the Role

As a Rental Operations Agent you will be involved in all aspects of our business! This varied role covers both our front and back of house operations. On the counter you will be interacting with our customers, marketing products and services, completing rental transactions, contracts, and bookings.

On the other hand, you will be inspecting vehicles for damages and maintenance issues, driving, and parking our cars as well as cleaning vehicles (interior and exterior) in the wash bay so they are ready for our customers.

What we are looking for:

Full , clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence is essential for this role
Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service.
Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided)
Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
