Job Title: Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1.Lead Development Projects:
1. Oversee the design, planning, and execution of construction projects.
2. Collaborate with engineering and architectural teams to ensure the seamless integration of modular solutions.
2.Smart Home Technology Integration:
1. Drive the adoption and installation of smart home technologies in new construction projects.
2. Ensure efficient integration of smart systems, focusing on sustainability and user experience.
3.Supply Chain Management for Construction Materials:
1. Manage the supply chain for construction materials, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
2. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and availability.
Qualifications:

Strong background in marketing, management science, operations management, and global innovation.

Proven expertise in modular construction and smart home technology.

Experience in managing construction material supply chains with a focus on efficiency and sustainability.

Skills & Experience:

Solid project management and leadership experience in construction development.

Deep understanding of smart home technologies and their impact on living environments.

Expertise in supply chain management specific to construction materials.

Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
