• Trafficking dispatched creatives for use by publishers and programmatic teams
• Quality Assurance for campaign setup across the team to ensure they’re running correctly
• Extract data from Ad Servers (such as Doubleclick and Mediamind) and build reports for clients
• Analyse results, providing recommendations and opportunities for live campaigns that will benefit the clients and reach campaign goals
• Ensuring creative is built to spec and working correctly
• Working with publishers to raise issues and ensure problems are resolved in a timely manner
• Tagging up URLs with Google Analytics UTM codes
• Broader coordination and administrative tasks to support team – i.e., arranging meetings, bookings, invoicing, minute taking, timesheets etc.

• Possess a couple years of Ad Ops experience or perhaps even a recent graduate with a keen interest in digital media and advertising industry. Any experience within a Media/Advertising Agency (or similar environment) would be helpful but not essential.
• A love for numbers and data, with keen interest reporting and drawing actionable insights.
• Experience using MS Office tools, especially proficiency with Excel would be a big bonus.
• A collaborative attitude and proactive communicator, someone who loves to share and present ideas and recommendations.
• Organised and punctual, to assist with coordinating and administrative tasks.
• An exceptional eye for detail.
