We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional, multi-talented Digital Strategy Manager to help shape the direction and vision for ASB's digital channels and provide unbeatable digital experiences that our customers love.
About the team:
Our talented digital team design and deliver innovative experiences for one of New Zealand's largest online and mobile customer communities. This position in Digital Distribution is part of a team accountable for the digital strategy, defining the direction and vision for ASB's authenticated digital channels. We inform and support the wider organisation to deliver the best digital outcomes for our customers and ASB.
What you will do:
Working within Digital Distribution's Strategy and Operations team, you will drive the strategy for ASB's digital channels, particularly those designed to meet the needs of business and corporate banking customers. This includes planning and tracking initiatives focused on migrating customers to the digital channel that best fits their needs. You will provide strategic direction and capability to our digital teams, including the digital platform, so they can deliver leading digital experiences.
Supporting leadership, you will work with teams across ASB to track digital performance against action plans and KPIs, particularly Net Promoter Score (NPS) for digital channels.
Key to this role is the ability to evaluate and drive strategic choices through to execution. You will enable the digital team and our leaders to tell the compelling digital story simply.
What we are looking for:
You have proven success developing and driving channel or distribution strategy, ideally in a digital environment. Experience with authenticated (logged in) channels and/or with digital experiences aimed at businesses is an advantage.
Your strategic thinking and communication ability will ensure you will be effective in getting strategic choices across with the desired effect.
Your ability to work with high ambiguity, be able to draw conclusions and make recommendations with limited information is important to success in this role. You thrive on solving complex problems and learning on the fly along with an ability to think creatively and recommend simple choices with consequences.
A natural facilitator, you are skilled at drawing out and bringing people together and adept in building and managing multiple senior stakeholders with conflicting objectives.
