We've got an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our high performing Digital team at our Support Office team in Newmarket, Auckland. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and engagement across all digital channels.
- Manage social media platforms for Merchant 1948 and Mi Piaci, including performance analysis and audience building.
- Create and deliver strategic paid social campaigns, ensuring overall digital success.
- Oversee accounts and collaborate with agencies for paid media campaigns on the Google network.
- Support the digital marketing team with content development for our website and email channels.
- Advocate for engagement, growth, and ROI for both organic and paid channels, always focusing on the customer journey.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within retail, with a track record of driving ecommerce and in-store sales through media campaigns.
- Passion for the digital adtech space, with a solid understanding of data, social media, and paid ads.
- A love for fashion retail.
- Strong planning and execution skills for digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft engaging stories and convey brand messages effectively.
- Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager is essential.
- Experience with managing Paid Search accounts, including pacing, updates, and optimisations.
- Exceptional collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent time management abilities and a commitment to meeting deadlines and budgets.
- A growth mindset with openness to feedback.
