Are you passionate about digital innovation and operational excellence? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the NZ Digital Operations Manager. This is a newly established role, offering you the unique opportunity to lead and optimize our digital platforms, ensuring they support our mission to make the world a safer place.

Your role will also involve showing significant leadership in driving delivery culture, future state digital platform goals, and demonstrating an uplift in delivery capability.

This is a permanent full-time position with hybrid working conditions, available at any of our IAG offices across New Zealand, with a preference for those located in Auckland.
