Job Description
Reporting to the AM Supervisor, you will be accountable for ensuring designated area of the Distribution Centre is supervised and maintained efficiently. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) :

Assisting the supervisors/department managers manage all direct reports ensuring they have the necessary skills / experience to complete their roles efficiently.
Rigorously and continuously pursue the opportunities available to reduce operating costs and to increase efficiency and productivity throughout the team.
Co-ordination and maintenance of all relevant KPI reporting mechanisms.
Co-ordinate the movement of team members within department
Ensure all approved Health and Safety, Loss Prevention and sustainability Initiatives are implemented and maintained

This is a Fixed Term position until the 28th o February
Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm

Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Effective internal relationship building
Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
Time management
Prioritisation of tasks
Ability to lead and motivate a team

Additional Information
This role is will require you to work 40 hours per week. You will need to be able and willing to work overtime including some weekends in peak and have some flexibility to work different hours to cover leave of other operators.
