About the role: We have an awesome opportunity for an experienced Drainage Foreman to join our team based in Christchurch. You will be responsible for planning, delivering a variety of projects across Canterbury, leading safely, on time & within budget, engaging, directing and developing a team up to 5.

What you bring to the role:
- Extensive experience leading from the front, increasing your teams productivity while ensuring high quality of works.
- Great people management skills with an open communication style.
- Support the training and development of your team
- A minimum of 5 years drainage or water installation experienced in public works is essential.
- A clean licence with a minimum of class 2 and WTR endorsements. Class 4 would be an advantage.
- An ability to work away from home at times would be beneficial.
- Experience in other fields of civil construction work; roading, earthworks or structural work would be an advantage.
