Here at BNZ, it's about more than just banking. We work together in an agile, energising environment to create innovative solutions through our promise 'If you can imagine a better future, let's find a way'.
Our Engineering Excellence tīma (team) have the opportunity for an Engineering Lead to work with the teams on our Core Ledger Replacement (CLR) programme of mahi (work).
This is a fantastic engineering leadership tūranga (role), without direct reports, where you'll be able to influence the technology vision and roadmap for the product tīma, and mentor our engineers by sharing your experience. To top it off, you'll have exposure to a broad set of engineering problems to solve and the chance to play with / ako (learn) new technologies.
