Solid business analysis background
Agile mindset – adaptable to change, and collaboration, maintains focus on continuous improvement, and continuous delivery of business and customer value
Strong Stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to easily apply skillsets across multiple domains and project types
Strong quality orientation with the ability to deliver clear, concise requirements
Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
Facilitation experience, including workshops, presentations, and remote stakeholder engagement
Strong problem-solving kills to navigate complexity to achieve desired outputs
Growth mindset to develop skills and knowledge that are both deep and broad (T-shaped) to contribute to team delivery
Banking expertise preferential
