Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
We are looking for New Graduate Physiotherapists to late 2024 or early 2025 at Te Toka Tumai Auckland.
This is a fantastic opportunity to start your Physiotherapy career in a fast paced, fun and supportive learning environment in our core 1 rotational programme. Our Core 1 rotational programme works across 2 sites – Auckland City Hospital in Grafton (Acute and rehabilitation rotations) and Greenlane Clinical Centre (Outpatient rotations).
You will have exposure to a wide range of opportunities to further develop your skills and competencies in physiotherapy assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and discharge planning. You will work alongside your wider allied health colleagues to deliver high quality, effective services for our population.
You would be joining a well-established and supportive team of 14 core 1 rotational staff and would have the opportunity to rotate into the following 12 areas every 6 months.

• Mana Awhi – Older Persons Health
• Surgical Team: Orthopaedics, General Surgery and Pelvic Health Inpatients
• Medical Team: Respiratory and General Medicine
• Outpatient team: Musculoskeletal Outpatients and Cardiorespiratory Outpatients
• Taiao Ora - Ward 51 Integrated Stroke and Neurology unit
• Critical Care Team: Critical care (DCCM) and Cardiovascular intensive care unit (CVICU)
