Farm Assistant/ General Labourer

We are a busy strawberry farm seeking a Farm Assistant/ General Labourer to assist with general building and maintenance tasks. Join our fun, hardworking team, work on a wide range of different jobs, and enjoy all the benefits of working outdoors.
Permanent role: 30-40+ hours per week
Hourly rate: is negotiable, depending on experience.
To be considered for this role you will have the following:
- Practical, hands on experience in building, repairing and maintenance
- Problem solving skills, a solution finder
- The ability to operate farm machinery such as tractors, mowers etc
- Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions
- Be reliable and have the ability to self-coordinate
- Have a full New Zealand Driver License
- Good communication skills
- Forklift license is an advantage but not essential
- Obtain the legal right to work in NZ
