About the role

Calling all graduates (or soon to be graduates!) – Join a global FMCG business and work with some of New Zealand’s most recognisable household products! Our Commercial Graduate Program is designed to develop individuals to be the future leaders of Reckitt.
The Reckitt Future Leader Program runs over 3 years. As a Future Leader (Graduate) you will have a minimum of 2 rotations between our commercial functions (Sales, Marketing, e Comm), determined on Business needs. See behind the scenes of New Zealand’s most iconic health brands such as Nurofen, Gaviscon, Strepsils, Durex, Dettol and more! This is a chance to kick off your career in sales or ecommerce with a global giant in the FMCG industry

Based in our Takapuna office, you will work closely with our sales & marketing & brand teams in a fast paced, dynamic environment. You thrive under pressure and hit tight deadlines. You pay a close attention to detail and your analytical mindset means you spot trends and anomalies others miss. You are data driven and have a truly curious and analytical mindset. Most importantly, you’re an excellent communicator, willing to share your views and influence others using facts and data.
