We are looking for an inquisitive and talented individual that has a strong background and understanding of Te Ao Māori. You will be assisting us with a calling campaign to gather feedback from ākonga on our te reo Māori offerings as part of our continuous improvement process. This role is a fixed term 8-week position.
Mō te tūnga | About the role
- Ensuring that interviews and interactions with ākonga are guided by tikanga
- Ensuring that all discussions are mana enhancing and prioritises the manaakitanga of ākonga
- Transcribing interview scripts
- Qualitatively and quantitatively analysing data
- Writing summary reports
- Adhoc analysis of internal and external data as requested
- Sharing the calling campaign results with our Te Kuratini Pae Tata forum
- Knowledge, understanding and experience of Te Ao Māori is essential
- Knowledge, understanding and experience of Te Reo Māori is preferred
- The ability to engage and uphold the mana of others
- Fantastic customer service skills
- Confidence speaking on the telephone and asking specific questions
- Strong computer and Microsoft 365 skills
- Team player
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
