In this role, you will be required to:

• Further develop a Customer Centric relationship
• Create and execute with your team the annual plan based on business priorities
• Monitor and report results against the priorities
• 360 feedback to applicable commercial team members, including Marketing and Category Development to ensure market activities are celebrated or modified as required
• Engage with fellow Heads of Customers and National Field Manager on best in class activities to differentiate your Customer
• Be accountable to your P&L
• Lead, develop and manage a team of 3 direct reports.

What will make you successful…

• The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience in sales within FMCG Grocery, you will have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• You will be adept at leading the Customer/Channel/Regional Field Sales function and have the ability to motivate people.
• You’ll also be tech savvy; proficient in using Excel and Power Point and have outstanding presentation skills.
• Organisational skills and the ability to balance priorities is key.
