We currently have an opportunity for an experienced and driven person to join the business as our Head of Customer – Channel Acceleration. This a great opportunity to work with market leading brands and a high performing team.

In this role, you will be required to:
- Further develop a Customer Centric relationship
- Create and execute with your team the annual plan based on business priorities
- Monitor and report results against the priorities
- 360 feedback to applicable commercial team members, including Marketing and Category Development to ensure market activities are celebrated or modified as required
- Engage with fellow Heads of Customers and National Field Manager on best in class activities to differentiate your Customer
- Be accountable to your P&L
- Lead, develop and manage a team of 3 direct reports.
What will make you successful…
- The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience in sales within FMCG Grocery, you will have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- You will be adept at leading the Customer/Channel/Regional Field Sales function and have the ability to motivate people.
- You’ll also be tech savvy; proficient in using Excel and Power Point and have outstanding presentation skills.
- Organisational skills and the ability to balance priorities is key.
