The Role
You'll put your practical skills and compassion into supporting residents with everyday activities such as personal care, assistance at mealtimes, and general care duties that make for happier, healthier living at an Enliven home. You will work hard, but there are few jobs that will give you the immense satisfaction of working for people who are grateful for your help and who contribute to an enriching working environment.
Hours: Casual. Preferably available to work on a when and if required basis across morning, afternoon, and night shifts and provide cover for Annual leave & Sick leave.

About You
The ideal applicant will:
- Be empathetic, compassionate, and patient
- Work well in a team
- Enjoy working alongside older people
- Be physically fit and strong
- Have enthusiasm and a sense of humour
- Experience in an aged care environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

We call out injustice and advocate for positive change. PSO operates a highly regarded network of 9 care homes across Otago and provides many other community-based social support programmes.
An integral part of the Taieri community for over 45 years and situated in the heart of Mosgiel, Taieri Court is home to 33 residents supported at rest home level care.
