Your responsibilities will include:
- Timely and professional face-to-face customer service in the office and warehouse
- Organise and maintain the warehouse and the yard, ensuring a tidy and safe working environment.
- Good problem-solving, planning, and prioritising skills
- Lead a team of 3 staff members
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in customer service, basic computer skills
- Attention to detail – This role will be working with metals, requiring the position to be able to identify and separate material
- Good written and verbal communication, and numeracy skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in a machine operator or similar position (e.g. forklift, material handler, excavator/shear)
