Some of your key qualities will include the following:
- Ability to train and coach crews new to and/or learning various aspects of the role
- Keen eye for detail
- Take pride in your work and a team player
- Strong team spirit
- Multi-lingual would be an advantage!
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- A full and current driver's licence
- Lead by example and be a role model for the team to aspire to and learn from in their day-to-day work
- Co-ordinate with management to distribute the day-to-day workload to the local host staff depending on skill and knowledge
- Motivate and inspire crew
- Lead by setting a good example through behaviour and communication (same as the first one)
- Facilitate problem-solving and collaboration
- Keep the team focused and on track
- Working with a fun and hard-working team that provides the highest level of customer service and who are passionate about our brands and products
- Familiarise our customers with product knowledge, on-road procedures and what's fun to do in our beautiful country
