We're looking for a full-time Local Host Team Leader to join our Christchurch Team. As a Local Host Team Leader at thl you will be responsible for greeting and helping our guests as they pick up and drop off the campervans in-store. You will also be a role model, leader and mentor for other local hosts.
Some of your key qualities will include the following:

Ability to train and coach crews new to and/or learning various aspects of the role
Keen eye for detail
Take pride in your work and a team player
Strong team spirit
Multi-lingual would be an advantage!
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
A full and current driver's licence

Your role will involve the following:

Lead by example and be a role model for the team to aspire to and learn from in their day-to-day work
Co-ordinate with management to distribute the day-to-day workload to the local host staff depending on skill and knowledge
Motivate and inspire crew
Lead by setting a good example through behaviour and communication (same as the first one)
Facilitate problem-solving and collaboration
Keep the team focused and on track
Working with a fun and hard-working team that provides the highest level of customer service and who are passionate about our brands and products
Familiarise our customers with product knowledge, on-road procedures and what's fun to do in our beautiful country
