Job Description
Ia ra ia ra Ka aha koe? - How will you spend your day?
It’s a pretty physical job as you’ll be filling and moving LPG cylinders and helping to load and unload them on to trucks as required. We’re big on health and safety and teamwork here at Rockgas, so you’ll need to do all this while working well with others and maintaining a safe work environment.
Qualifications
Ōu pukenga - We are looking for these skills:
To be successful in this job you’ll need to have:
- A very good level of physical fitness in order to move LPG cylinders
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to working as part of a team
- A strong work ethic, integrity and adaptability
- Have a strong customer service focus
- Flexibility to work outside normal business hours and in all weather conditions
- Have or be willing to undergo training for a Dangerous Goods endorsement
- Previous experience filling cylinders would be desirable but not essential.
