We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manufacturing Manager to lead our Cambridge Frame & Truss manufacturing plant where you will play a vital role in overseeing the efficient operation and production of quality products that meets customer demand and business objectives.
You will lead and support a high performing manufacturing team while managing budgets, pricing, costs, production schedules, ensuring continuous improvement and a safe working environment.
Key to your success is the ability to ensure the smooth process flow of information to production and delivery of quality manufactured frames & trusses with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders including branch managers and Sales Representatives to achieve common goals.
Abou you
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the below skill set:
- Extensive leadership experience from a process/product/bespoke focused manufacturing environment with achievements in leading & building highly capable productive teams
- The ability to work with various software applications combined with exceptional technical and analytical problem-solving skills
- A passion for Health and Safety excellence
- Have the ability to engage with internal and external stake holders
- Passionate about quality and productivity using best practise metrics and analytics
- Experience in forecasting raw materials, inventory management and planning systems
- Financial management capabilities
