Accounts Payable Officer

As an Accounts Payable Officer, you'll provide exceptional administrative services to the finance team based at our National Support Office in East Tamaki. You will thrive on accuracy and efficiency of information/processes and your initiative and attention to detail will set you apart. Key responsibilities within the role include:

- Promptly processing Accounts Payable transactions
- Ensuring payments for credits and inter-company suppliers are paid on time to maximise available rebates and minimise penalties
- Maintaining the integrity of the Company's stock records
- Reconciliation of vendor invoicing and Converga Management
- Data entry of invoices and ensuring invoices are accurately matched to receipted stock
- Minimum of 1-3 years Accounts Payable experience or related accounting role
- High efficiency and accuracy with data entry processing
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive, conscientious and self-motivated approach to work
- Ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure
- Be confident enough to ask for help and seek clarification when required
- Computer Skills, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
