Online Shopper - Part-Time
As a member of our Online Team, you will pick, pack and process our click-and-collect orders. You will lead the way in delivering an exceptional customer experience by accurately and efficiently processing online orders and effectively resolving customer issues.
Our Online Personal Shoppers need to be:
  • time-management experts – there’s no time to stop & chat when you’re shopping for other people
  • detail-focused – we strive for 100% accuracy for all our orders
  • fast on their feet – you’ll need to move around the store quickly to keep up
  • highly organized – efficiency will be your key to success
  • customer service driven – treat each shop like it’s your own
  • physically fit - you’ll be on your feet all-day
  • reliable and punctual – we’re a small team & you’ll be missed if you’re not here
Shifts are 6am starts so not suitable for students

To succeed in this role, you must take pride in your work and workplace, be motivated by exceeding customer expectations, and thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.
